South Florida Travel Guide
A guide written from an out-of-towner turned local
South Florida is one of the most exciting places in the world. Here is a quick guide to a few of the different attractions to see.
KEY WEST
Key West is a relaxing, laid back island that’s accessible by a 120 mile bridge that jumps from key to key before making its final stop in key west. There are some great bars, incredible seafood, and very friendly people that make it a must see. Warning: it’s not very children friendly, with drunk people of all kinds roaming the streets.
MIAMI BEACH
World renowned Miami Beach is known for its distinctive Art Deco style and it’s eclectic mix of people. In addition, the South Beach District, 21st street and south is a hot-spot for clubs and dining. Places such as MYNT, SKYBAR, and MANSION, Auckland hotels attract some of the beautiful, rich, and famous, in addition to ordinary folks. Don’t expect to have an idyllic time without budgeting hundreds of dollars a day.
